ESCROW AGENCY & BUSSINES COSTA RICA
It was founded in 2024 thanks to the vision of its two founding partners, Dirian Sosa Mora and Jhonny William Gutiérrez Molina, both professionals established for more than 10 years in the local market and with extensive experience in the government sector, specifically in the Judiciary and Ministry of Public Security, as well as in the private commercial sector.
In 2023, during the analysis of local growth and development, especially in the Bocas de Nosara District of Nicoya, they were led to identify the advantage of joining their trajectories and establishing a Business Agency, throughout the coastal area of the cantons of Nicoya and Santa Cruz de Guanacaste, constituting the company ESCROW AGENCY & BUSSINES COSTA RICA

The main office is located in the San Martín neighborhood of Nicoya, next to Galería Arte – Rubio and the second office is in downtown Nosara, at the intersection of Barrio Santa Marta and next to Súper Rindemás in the BERTHA Shopping Plaza, Local No. 2.
